 Mark Grorud

Massage Therapist

Mark graduated from Leo High School and a few years later married his wife, Sarah. They have 3 children. Sarah received treatment from a local chiropractor for 2 years while she was a teenager and has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and many chronic pain issues. Over the years, Mark’s natural talent along with informal training enabled him to relieve some of Sarah’s pain and migraines. Being able to help Sarah was very fulfilling to him and he decided to pursue massage therapy as a career.

In 2011, Mark graduated with an Associate Degree in massage therapy. He worked at a local massage therapy clinic for 7 years and was the most requested massage therapist on staff. Over the years, Mark became known for helping clients with a wide variety of conditions including migraines, vertigo, TMJ Dysfunction, frozen shoulder, sciatica, trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome and many other pain issues throughout the body.

Anytime Mark is presented with a problem he does research to learn how to work more effectively with presented symptoms. He is enjoying the opportunity to learn and partner with Dr. Thomas, helping clients to reduce and even alleviate pain and enjoy greater wellness!
